1. Services

PodcastHub provides podcast and video production studio rental, recording services, post-production editing, and consulting services at our facility in Boulevard Plaza 1, Downtown Dubai. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment
Prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Session duration is as specified at time of booking — extensions are subject to availability

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
No-shows forfeit the full session fee
PodcastHub reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to technical or operational reasons, with full notification

4. Studio Rules

Clients must treat all equipment with care — damage to equipment may result in charges
Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas only
Smoking is not permitted inside the studio premises
PodcastHub staff will be present to operate equipment during your session

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your recorded content. PodcastHub may request permission to use clips or images from your session for marketing purposes. We will always seek explicit consent before using your content in any promotional material.

6. Deliverables

Editing turnaround times are as stated at the time of booking (typically 3-5 working days)
Two rounds of revisions are included with standard and signature packages
Additional revisions may incur extra charges
Raw footage is retained for 30 days after your session

7. Liability

PodcastHub is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our facilities, except where caused by our negligence. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
